Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the Komunidad Q&A Platform and the earning/usage of KOM Tokens. By connecting a wallet or posting content, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Komunidad provides a decentralized "Return on Knowledge" ecosystem where users can ask questions, provide answers, and earn KOM Tokens based on community validation and platform algorithms.

2. KOM Token & Crypto Disclaimers

• •Utility Only: KOM tokens are utility tokens used to incentivise knowledge sharing. They do not represent equity, shares, or any financial interest in Komunidad.
• •Volatility: The value of KOM tokens is subject to market volatility. Komunidad is not responsible for any loss in the market value of tokens earned on the platform.
• •Wallet Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and digital wallet. We cannot recover tokens sent to the wrong address or lost due to compromised wallets.
• •Gas Fees: Users may be responsible for network "gas fees" associated with claiming or transferring tokens on the blockchain.

3. "Proof of Knowledge" & Earning Rules

To maintain a high-quality ecosystem, you agree that:

• •Originality: Answers must be original and not generated solely by AI without significant human oversight or copied from other sources (plagiarism).
• •Gaming the System: Any attempt to use bots, multiple accounts (sybil attacks), or "upvote circles" to artificially inflate earnings is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of tokens.
• •Validation: Token payouts are subject to platform validation rules. Komunidad reserves the right to withhold payouts for content that violates community standards.

4. Content Ownership & License

• •Your Content: You retain ownership of the questions and answers you post.
• •Our License: By posting, you grant Komunidad a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, distribute, and archive your content to improve the platform and train ecosystem models.
• •Public Record: Because your contributions may be recorded on a blockchain, you acknowledge that some content may be permanent and cannot be deleted or modified.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

• •Contains financial advice (e.g., "Buy this coin now").
• •Is defamatory, obscene, or promotes hate speech.
• •Contains private or sensitive information of others.
• •Promotes illegal activities or unauthorized token sales.

6. Risk Disclosure

Participation in crypto-incentivized platforms carries risk. You acknowledge that the platform is in a developmental phase (including UAT periods), and bugs may lead to the loss of recorded "pending" rewards. We do not guarantee that KOM tokens will always be tradable on external exchanges.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Komunidad and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from:

1. Your use of the platform.
2. Fluctuations in the price of KOM tokens.
3. Errors in the smart contracts or blockchain networks used.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access and "burn" or forfeit your platform-internal rewards if we detect fraudulent activity, botting, or a breach of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

KOMUNIDAD reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. This gives KOMUNIDAD flexibility to adapt to changes in operations, laws, or platform features. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. By continuing to use KOMUNIDAD, you accept any updated terms. Thanks for choosing KOMUNIDAD
